Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you create an account we collect your username, email address, and date of birth (used only to confirm you meet our minimum age). As you play and use TOP SPOT, we store gameplay data (levels, XP, stats, match history, ELO and rank, Coins and Gems balances and transaction history, cosmetics, and purchase history) along with social connections such as friends, follows, and messages you send.

How we use it

We use this data to run your account, save your progress, power leaderboards and profiles, process purchases and subscriptions, enforce fair play and account safety (including reviewing reports and blocks), and keep the service reliable. We don’t sell your personal data, and we don’t run advertising or show you ads.

Who processes it

We rely on a small number of trusted infrastructure providers to run TOP SPOT, each processing data on our behalf, under contract, solely to provide the service:

Supabase hosts our account database, authentication, and application data. Stripe processes payments for purchases and subscriptions. We do not store your full card details ourselves; Stripe holds that information under its own security standards. Cloudflare provides hosting, security, and the bot check on sign-up and log-in.

Our sign-up and log-in use Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm you’re human without tracking you across the web. It runs invisibly and may collect limited technical signals to tell people from bots. Your use of Turnstile is subject to Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Your date of birth

Your date of birth is private by default and used only to confirm you meet the minimum age for an account. You choose whether to show your birthday to friends in Settings.

Your choices

You can review and edit your profile, privacy, and notification preferences at any time in Settings, including blocking or muting other players. You don’t need to ask us for the other two either: Settings → Your data downloads everything we hold about your account as a file, and Settings → Danger zone deletes your account. Both happen immediately. Reports other players have made about you aren’t in the download, because they would identify who made them. If you’d rather a person handled it, email support@topspot.gg.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your theme preference. We don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can manage non-essential cookie preferences from the cookie settings link in our footer.
